About
My first five years were UI/UX design. Long enough to notice two things: how little of a design survives implementation, and how rarely I could say precisely why something was technically out of reach.
So I started writing it myself. Front end first, then databases, back end and deployment. Today I can take a project from design file to production without a hand-off in between.
For the last two years I have been writing with tools like Claude Code. What it actually buys me is time: it writes fast, so the tests get finished. 1,868 test cases across three projects, nearly all of them from these two years.

Several frameworks
SvelteKit, Astro, Nuxt and SolidJS, each shipped to production. Chosen by fit: Astro for content sites, SvelteKit when it has to be live, Nuxt for admin surfaces.

Working with AI, in practice
Write the spec first, let the model produce the implementation, keep architecture and review for myself, and finish the tests. 1,868 cases across three projects is what that adds up to.
